We collect only the information you choose to provide, for example, when you contact us by phone, text, or email, or when you book an appointment through our scheduling provider (Mangomint). Booking and any health information are handled within Mangomint’s system.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and provide your care, and communicate with you about your visit. We do not sell your personal information.

Health information

Palma Aesthetics is a medical practice. Health information you share with us as a patient is protected under HIPAA and is covered by the privacy practices we provide to you as a patient. This website policy covers the website itself, so if the two ever seem to disagree about your health information, our patient privacy practices are the ones that apply.

How long we keep it

We keep website inquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of your care. Appointment and treatment records live in Mangomint and are kept for at least as long as Georgia law requires us to retain medical records.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email or call using the details below and we will walk you through it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Analytics

This site does not run analytics or tracking scripts, and it sets no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs, and booking is handled by Mangomint under its own privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
